In response to the covid pandemic and market saturation of wet wipes in 2019, ZAPPY aims to rebrand and establish themselves as the market leader in "personal hygiene" in Singapore.
Our objectives include achieving a KPI of 10,000 followers on Instagram, enhancing brand awareness, and boosting overall acquisition of Zappy products through both online and offline channels.

Our team revamped Zappy Boy, giving it a fresh and lively appearance that embodies fun, quirkiness, and friendliness, emphasizing the concept of 'Your Everyday Hygiene Companion.' Additionally, we developed a new corporate identity and brand guidelines for Zappy, extending these elements to POSM applications and product packaging.

The proposed social campaign, 'GET ZAPPYFIED FOR ULTIMATE PROTECTION' aims to establish Zappy's product superiority in germ extermination as the new hygiene standard in today's new normal.
We encourage consumers to embrace and maintain Zappyfied practices with our wide range of products, ensuring protection in their everyday lives—whenever, wherever.
We developed a social content strategy to elevate awareness regarding the significance of personal hygiene and to educate users on the application of Zappy's sanitary products for various occasions and needs.
The campaign surpassed its KPIs, achieving a follower count of 13,4000 over 6 months.

Additionally, we’ve also tailored hotel packages with popular activities and attractions, streamlining pre-arrival planning for customers and boosting of sales across RWG's offerings.
